T.O.S (general)

- I have ownership of all art completed. When art is posted, you may choose to remain anonymous.
- My art is not to be used for commercial purposes.
- Do not use my art for AI training or NFTs.
- Refunds are not permitted, started or not. I will only give refunds if the art can not be completed.
- I have the right to deny / cancel a request.
- Art, Prices, and T.O.S are always subject to change.
- All works in progress will have watermarks on them.
- Big changes in the final piece will be a $2.00 fee. Please be sure to look over the wips CAREFULLY.
- Client is not allowed to mass-produce my art.
- Client is allowed to use the finished piece as profile decor.
- Client may upload art on any platform with proper credit.

PROCESS

- First payment must be made before or after the sketch is started. I will NOT line, color, or shade without the first payment being made.
- Your commission will be added to my Trello. Please check there for where your commission is, process-wise.
- Wips may be sent to whatever social media platform the client and I decide on. Email works.
- Final commission will be sent on whatever social media platforms the client and I decide on. Email works.
- I will not download any apps.
